Choosing Grand Properties Group to list your home, gets you the highest quality services. Along with those services come some fees. All agents charge for their services, we want to be transparent up front to ensure no hidden costs. Our ultimate goal is to always get you the most out of your investment. 

  • Professional Service Fee: The professional service fee for both brokers, seller’s agent and buyer’s agent, is paid for by the seller. The fee is split equally between the buyer and seller’s agent and their respective offices. My services as your listing agent are covered in this fee.

  • Closing Fee: Approximately 2.50% of the selling price is needed to close on your home. This is for the following fees: property taxes to date, seller’s share of title insurance, sales tax and title company preparation fees.

  • Property Survey: Depending on the terms of your contract, you may or may not have to pay for a survey of your property.

  • Well and Septic Inspection: If you are not hooked up to city water & sewer, then your well and water will need to be tested. Your septic tank will also need to be tested and many inspectors requiring the tank to be pumped prior to testing.
